Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Because each journal and product is produced with intentionality and made-to-order in limited batches, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products.
Damages and Defective Items
We only accept replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email: support@formedgen.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, except for shipping cost.
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items—only replacements.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
- Formed Gen is not responsible for:
- Packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are not received by the customer
- Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.
- Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded
- Estimated shipping dates may change due to production or shipping timelines
- Your payment is processed at checkout to reserve your item
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Incorrect journal start dates
- Ordering the wrong item
- Exchanges are only available in the case of defective or damaged items as described above.
Digital Products
All digital products and downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
